Large groups and discounts at Sustainable Safari®:

• Pricing: Special Discounted Pricing for large groups starts at 20 people.
  No reservations are required for 19 people or less. Your group must be at least 20 people to receive discounted admission. Group trips: with a group of 20 or more, your tickets are discounted $2 per ticket, from $15.50 to $13.50 each.
• Please Note: We do not have a party room.

We’d be delighted to host a trip with your group.

Please read before submitting your information:

For groups of 19 people or less, five years old and older, we do not require any reservation before your visit. You can stop by anytime that works best for you. Admission tickets are at regular prices.

20(+) Admission Tickets, Ages 5+:
For groups of 20 or more people purchasing admission tickets, we will discount the admission tickets to $13.50/person, which includes a free small feed cup per ticket.

20(+) Admission Tickets, Ages 3-4:
For groups of 20 or more, ages three to four, each admission ticket is $5. A toddler’s admission ticket includes a small feed cup.

For every five students/children purchasing admission tickets, we will give you one teacher/chaperone ticket.
For example, if you bring 50 kids, you will receive ten free teacher/chaperone tickets for your group. Often, with field trips, parents like to come along. If there are any parents above and beyond the free chaperone tickets, then they would also be discounted to $13.50 each.  

To receive the group discount, it must be scheduled and listed on our calendar.

Invoicing for nonprofit organizations

>>> We are also happy to send you an invoice before your trip.  If you have tax-exempt status, you can send that form to us, then any tickets you purchase can be tax-exempt. 

Chaperone and Field Trip Expectations 

Our staff works hard to make each trip memorable. The employees help our guests with animal experiences, wildlife shows, education, etc. We offer free tickets to chaperones (aids, teachers, parents), so enough supervision is available during your visit. Please remember that we expect your group to be supervised the entire time. This is incredibly important for the safety of all of our animals and all of our guests as well.
